Here is information on the breeding.  Bridget should be bred in first week in August (she is at the vet now), pups born First week in October and go
out to their new owners around Thanksgiving. We will have a more definite timeline after breeding. They will have dual
registration in SMCNA and NAVHDA. They pups will be micro chipped (As
required by SMCNA breeders guidelines) and have guaranteed to be
healthy when picked up. New owners have a week to take the pup to
their Vet for conformation of health.

I strive in my breedings to produce healthy dogs with good hips. Every
effort is made to use the best breeding stock available that is free
of genetic problems. These puppies are sold as hunting companions and
because of all the variables  they are not guaranteed for breeding
stock. (I intend to keep one of the pups for my breeding program
although it will be 2 years before I know if she will be of breeding
quality.) The only guarantee I offer outside of the initial Veterinary
checkup is on their hips to test out OFA good or better, or PennHIP
.50 or better at 2 years of age. If they do not, and have spayed or
neuter or spayed, had not had a litter and have NA Tested, 50 % of the
purchase price minus the rebate, will be returned. and you keep the
dog. Whew that is the technical information.

Natural Ability testing is expected of all pups and I will be glad to
assist in helping you prepare for the test. We have people from Kansas
, TX and AR join us in Oklahoma for training days and are well worth
the trip. In the last several years most of the training days have
been near Enid. Attending the training days is not a requirement of
testing it just helps. I encourage new owners to become members of
NAVHDA where ever they live. The local chapters will help a lot in
training your new puppy. The results of the NA test from a litter help
me as a breeder to evaluate the breeding. Plus I have never know
anyone who did not feel that the process did not make there dog a
better hunting companion. That is why I offer a $100 rebate upon
successful NA testing. If fact after passing the NA most want to
continue the training and shoot for a UPT or UT test. The test is not
difficult and like I said I would be glad to help get your pup ready.

The price of the pups is $1250 male or female and
one of each has been reserved so far. Choice of the pups will be given
in order of deposits ($300) received. Choices will be made at 6 week
of age and puppies picked up between 7 and 9 weeks in Tulsa OK. (So
far that is the plan. Alternate will be at our kennel in Broken Bow
OK. ) Bridget belongs to Warren Grigsby in Tulsa and I am handling the
breeding as my E litter and the plans are for the pups to be born and
raised for the first 7 weeks at his house in Tulsa. Here they will
receive lots of attention from Warren and his family and Mariah and I
will also be close by. But if a house full of puppies gets too much
for their family I will bring them down here in Broken Bow till they
go to new owners.
